PreMadeKB.com Provides ReadyMade and Professionally written Articles for your WHMCS and Customers.
Our Articles are based on Latest versions of cPanel/WHM/DirectAdmin/InterWorx/Softaculous and none of our articles is out of date.
Currently, we've 455 Articles (193 Articles on cPanel, 18 Articles on WHM, 38 Articles on DirectAdmin. 62 Articles on InterWorx) and some articles on other software.

How to Upgrade?​

If you are using old version such as v2.1 and want to upgrade to v2.2, then we will provide a new SQL file which will upgrade your KB without any issue. However we always recommend to take a backup of your WHMCS data before doing anything.

Do I need to upload PHP file?​

No, Our KB does not use any PHP file and you will only need to upload our KB SQL File and image folder.

Custom watermark logo can be placed on images?​

Yes, If you do not provide logo in order form, then we use text watermark of your Company Name.

After Installing your KB, Can I add my own article?​

Yes, You can add your own article without any issue and our KB will not affect your existing KB.

If I upgrade my PreMadeKB, then articles, which are written by me, will be removed?​

No, Our KB will upgrade only our KB and do not affect your own articles.

Free Upgrade is available for 6 months, What will happen after 6 months?​

After 6 months, We will provide only Fix/Patch for a lifetime, but the upgrade will not be included until you purchase an Upgrade Subscription.

What is the price of Upgrade subscription after 1 year?​

$15 Only.

Why you charge money for upgrade?​

Articles are written by experts and we need to pay money to our writers, grammar checkers and some other people who work on adding useful articles, topics which cost us money and without money we will be unable to provide updates. $15 is a very small fee for 1 year, so it will be counted as a contribution/donation to PreMadeKB Team.
