Even if it managed to defeat the Apk Signature you'd still Require the Decrypted Dexes at Runtime to Repack a working Apk. The Killer has no ART or Native Hooking implementation also which is Required for Bypassing Tough Protections.

Dex dump is already done though for most versions, its just Licel now.
