Are we allowed to post about needing someone to make me IPTV and Smart TV Apps?

I need apps for my IPTV made if anyone knows how to deal and wants that work. I have an apk and then XUI panel but thats all I got besides an ABB which is in review at google. thanks and if this ok to post, let me know if you or anyone wants this type work. Thanks again!
