Fully working with all versions of the OTTRun XCIPTV and OTTRun VPN apps (including the new LicenceV4 'LicV4' [724+]).
All available features working as expected and function with all applications.

This is the licV3 version [<723].
Works with XCIPTV, OTRPlayer and OTTRun VPN.
(Not licV4 with Websockets)

There is also separate versions for Smarters, Cinema, iMPlayer, etc, etc, etc as well as one 'Mega' panel with them all together.
I have made efforts to ensure all previous versions of apps are covered and it should be completely backwards compatable.

It's not ready and work happens very slow due to me being busy with general life.

But feel free to check it out, hook it up. Let me know if there is any issues an such.

I've also made it so the Rebrander can control whether to manually edit the panel and disable the user from being able to change aspects of the app such as logos, title, etc. They can take away control and show/hide branding and such this is so that Rebranders who want their branding to be persistent and not removed by the user is possible from a config file in the panel files. They can also change the location of the Dashboard articles to be read from a different remote location so the Rebrander can use the news feed (it doesn't have to just be my feed).

The 'framework' so to speak for all the Cockpit panels will work the same so no matter the App its for the panel will be customisable the same across the board.
