my ISP constantly blocking all iptv url for some reason. i even bought a cheap domain for a new url. ISP still blocks it. Does having SSL certificate work? i'm thinking its because it's only http thats why it gets blocked. will https work better?

First thing first, if you don't have the URL proxified via Cloudflare, DDosGuard or BunnyCDN (or something similar) it doesn't matter what type of URL you use because your ISP is blocking the server ip address and NOT the URL.
If your problem is with MAIN SERVER: If you have your URL like I stated above you need to divide your users via several URL's that point proxified to the server IP address, if you're on XUI you can add several proxified URL on the manage servers page, but you will still need to manually give different users different URLs
If your problem is with LB SERVER: Get a CDN and you will be just fine
About SSL and HTTPS, if from day one you use HTTPS and encrypted lines you will stay under the radar os ISP's, if you do like 90% of IPTV people and allow for outdated devices like MAG INFOMIR and Samsung WEB IPTV APPS that don't allow for HTTPS and "real" SSL them changing now will NOT do you any good because there is already a "sniffer" on your line.
