I think I got scammed, what do you think?

So yesterday I made a post about possibly being scammed by Telegram User @TheVespasian and it got deleted by a moderator.

Does this forum allows for scammers to keep scamming people?

What I would like is for everyone before doing business with that user be able to analyse by them if he is actually a scammer or not, for that I've setup a website with the export of the Telegram conversation between us so anyone can check.

If this forum doesn't like scammers and doesn't want anything to do it scammers I ask for the moderators NOT to delete this.

I refunded this guy.

He paid me 200 for a keyset and panel installation - which I delivered both.

After completing this for him he turned around and demanded a free script. When I pointed out his lack of ability to read he demanded his money back- which I sent back a refund.

So how this guy can come and post this nonsense post calling me a scammer is beyond me?

I have all of your conversation ONLINE in the link on my first post, in there everyone can see that you refunded me for 100€ not 200€ and also you didn't told me before payment that I needed a Portuguese server/proxy and credentials to use with your scripts, also you agreed on total 200€ for instalacion and the script and when I sent you that you asked for 100€ more, to be fair 300€ was the initial price you told me, but agreed on 200€ and then asked for the other 100€.


About DRM scripts, I really don't know what you mean by that, what I do know is I told I was going to buy from them and you told me that they are scammers and with that I bought from RedHat on WOI forum that explained everything I needed BEFORE paying and I didn't need to ask.
