iOS is a different kettle of fish compared to Android, you need to have an Apple Developer Account to be able to sign .IPA files.
You can add them to jailed appstores like iOSKings+ but requires a different route of knowledge compared to Android.

Just research modifying IPA with IDA, the panel will work the same, you just need to change from say... Smarters API to your own.
