LTQ 137 - Panelled version of LTQ 137

I assumed the developer was done with this application so looked no further due to QDeluxe being their main app right now (I've already cracked and working on writing API) when I stumbled onto this version from late December 2020.

I'm not sure why with this version the developer switched the versioning to the epoch time but I can assure you this is version 137, I have the sidebar login version and it uses the typical versioning were used too. Though nice to see what version of the app we...

Series in LTQ needs the services Series to have meta-data in a specific way.
If even just one of the Series' meta data is out it blows up.
