Not true, the file contains the Admin Panel files and the APK of which can be altered and resigned using any number of tools.
You can just edit->copy->paste the sd1.smali file in the zip archive and compile using MT Manager for example.

@Brain can u pls share how you managed. I have quite a lot experience with Android/Java apps and at the end I gave up just couldn't do it.
