Question about VIP Exclusive Resources and Forum Sections

I'm interested in possibly upgrading my account, but before I do that I'd like to know what's meant with:

- Access to Exclusive Resources Sections
- Access to Exclusive Forum Sections

Are this sections for the public view not visible ? Do these areas actually contain content at the moment?

as opposed to what you says, here is expressly described, that the resource can be unlocked without credits:

SVIP dont need credits no.

Theres no content in the forum at the minute,
There is some content in the Exclusive Resources.
SVIP at the minute is being used by people who want to bypass forum participation to download.
