Showcase Real-Debrid w/ CinemaHD

For anyone who has tried to mod Premiumize into any of the VOD apps will know that it works easily because of the way the Premiumize API works,
Adding Real-Debrid devices is a complete different matter and was a struggle, but playing around with an idea posted in another thread I have managed to get it working.

Note: Not Completely automated and users still have to click 'Login to Real-Debrid' but this is just a first-use issue because the method compared to Premiumize is so far removed it's not possible.
Note: I keep the mouse on screen to show there's no fuckery going on 😂 it's legit.

Yeah its nice, anyone who was using the Premiumize mods will know the difference from back then to how it is now, its just... not the same any more.
About time we had better debrid resolvers.
