Im not sure, I would say pull into Flussonic from your source and then pull into XtreamUI/XUI to use the XtreamCodes API wrapper

i have try it IP Video Transcoder, Stream Tool,, not support mpd source on input

For can Restream you need first to decrypt drm key after that you can restream :)

Any good panel decrypt drm smoothy? I use ffmpeg to dercypt but it lagging and drop fps.

if you mpd link don't have ecryption you can use simple ffmpeg and apache

ffmpeg -re -user_agent "VLC/3.0.18 LibVLC/3.0.18" -i xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx -c copy -f hls -hls_time 8 -hls_list_size 8 -hls_flags +delete_segments -hls_delete_threshold 8 -hls_init_time 10 /var/www/html/xxx/xxx.m3u8

if the mpd have licence widevine you need to decrypt and get the ID and KEY decrypt and send to apache
