Pictures won't do much justice, you got a name for the app or even the apk? If not you'll be wasting time asking about an app you don't know what it is

it is not an apk, it is a stb system that uses vps, so it takes the ip number and uses it on smart tv in applications, smart stb, smart up, iptv portal ....

no es un apk, es un sistema stb que usa vps, entonces toma el numero de ip y lo usa en smart tv en aplicaciones, smart stb, smart up, portal iptv....
