I have a hardcodes version or Smarter Pro and I don't seem to be getting my EPG anymore,

Does anyone know a fix for this please.

ask your provider for help, they get your epg up and running again

use something like HTTPCanary to check the traffic
or use adb logcat to check for any errors.
