From the homepage, simply select the category you want to post in, then select the "post thread" tab. Fill in the required sections and submit to post the thread of the resource.
@jubeaudoin for example to post in the android section of IPTV Apps category, just select android in the IPTV Apps section on homepage which is IPTVApps - Android, then click the "post thread" button and fill out the section as needed, finally submit. Should be easy.
