some help for vip

Hello my friends,
I need a little help or guidance here.

I bought SVIP, but whenever I see something interesting on the forum, I Like it, but it doesn't assume my like or comment, and when I see the download, it says I don't have permission to see the content or even download it.. .

am i doing something wrong?
