Running Ioncube loader 10.4.1 with php 7.4 whmcs 8.5.1 using files from php7.4
I get whoops cannot process your request modules/addons/tgtools/tgtools.php encoded as type [1/74] cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader.
So what version of ioncube loader do i need

Looking at this closer your files php74 and php81 are exactly the same

Apache 2.2+
MySQL 5.1+
PHP 5.6+
for modules 5.0-5.3: PHP 5.6-7.3 (with php-json, php-soap extensions)
for modules 5.4 and above: PHP 7.2+ (with php-json, php-soap extensions)
ionCube Loaders 10.0+
UTF-8 encoding in WHMCS settings

I'm currently using V12 ionCube Loader with no issues

Question for you....I have everything working but when i get the notification in telegram i get foreign language (maybe russian). Any insite to fix this?

Couldn't delete this. Its in templates. Only the support tickets are in russian

i am not sure. make sure your bot is set correctly. i think chat id is for admin
