Question XUI disconnects clients every 5 minutes

have a problem that I have not been able to solve, it happens that XUI closes the client connection every 5 minutes, I have already configured the time zones correctly in all the LB, I have already reinstalled the operating system in all with ubuntu 20 and the problem persists. I would appreciate if you help me since I give up. This installation is a migration from xtream ui to Xui.

Whether it is smartv or engima 2 andorid, it does it in all of them, in some users it does not matter whether vod or live, it throws it directly from the broadcast after 5 minutes, I see that it works smoothly when I check the broadcast, I will be very happy if anyone who has information helps me. thank you

Do you have anything in the logs?
It's probably a problem with the FFMPEG version.

everything is fine, just engima 2 , or sometimes it does it on normal xtream codec based devices, sometimes it just kicks you out when watching vod

there is no error on a daily basis , log log no problem is fine
