I have noticed on a good number of websites / forums that the same question is being asked in regards to the watch folder and what it is used for.
I thought i would help out when and where i can with this and write up a small tutorial of what to do to get it working so your content will automatically be recognised and processed on your xuione panel and automatically pull in the releases like so and process like so and in turn saving you time by having to manually add in each one.

How to get to your watch folder:
To set up a watch folder on your xui one panel go to Management > Service Setup > Watch Folder and whilst there you will be presented with the following (i already have a few set up but for you thiswill be blank if you have not already set any up)

in this tutorial we will watch a new folder called Pre-Release Cam which i have set up already.
On the above image you will see there is an Add Folder button, if we click there we are presented with the following:

As we are adding a Movies folder we will be doing the following:

Folder Type: Select either Movie or Series here, depending on what content will be in the folder being watched.
Server Name: Choose the server you have the files on, for me i choose scrls_Movies as i as doing a movies folder.
Selected Path: This will be automatically set when you navigate to the folder you are watching or setting to be watched.

A little below you will see the folder directory as shown in the next image:

for my setup i have my NZBget putting the files into /data/movies/foldername
(foldername would be the genre, you will more than likely have a different setup so make sure you choose your own folder you will want watched)

This is my Pre-Release Cam folder as stated above and as you can see in the following image.

Now that we have navigated to the folder we want to be watched, we will click Next on the bottom right and be presented with the watch folder settings, i have added what i choose but ideally you can set this to how you want your files to be watched, it differs for many people. The only 2 that i select are
Native Frames and Create Symlink.
O
nce those have been enabled, click again the bottom right Next which will then take us on to the automatic selection of Category and Bouquets.

As i have decided to choose Pre-Release Cam i would set it to that on the next pane as follows:

Click Add and that's you created your first watch folder.

You can edit the settings and time you want the folders to be scanned in the settings, i will be adding better formatting to this as i go and potentially more tutorials on how to do things within xui, it is my first time trying to teach others so any feedback is welcomed and questions are welcomed.
