how to install/run:
sudo tar -xf ipvtl_64ch-
cd ipvtl
sudo ./ipvtl_64ch

sometimes libraries need to be installed, examples:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libavahi-common3
sudo apt-get install libavahi-client3
