Lets be honest. Most people on the sites like these pay for the upgrade option to VIP to have open access to the files and resources. Its not exactly transparent on the upgrade page. Many of the users will click on upgrade, upgrade to VIP immediately and then not know that they just can see, but not download what is there without having credits. I see this as a potential chargeback problem, especially with the ease of charging back on Paypal. Just my two cents on this.
