Is the file m3u or m3u8? It only accepts m3u

Just make sure that the filename has a m3u extension and inside the file on the very first line there should be #EXTM3U after this it will work.

Nobody else is having this issue. It's probably something small that you haven't noticed. (formatted wrong, etc) As far as I see it this discussion is closed.

Also try it with turning off Start Stream Now and see if that makes a difference
