Modify Smarters apk for Ads

Hello, trying to figure out how to get ads to work. Currently I have a smarters app and panel not hosted by me. Ads work. I am not sure what changes i need to make for it to work on my hosted panel?
original has newdashboardactivity with /api/webview.php
but new panel doesn't have /api/webview.php
I have other smarters apps that work on my panel. but I haven't found any reference to duplicate the change.
