You would need to ignore the APK:CloudRep flag in your AVP, it is a reputation based detection meaning the file is either too new or has no reputation (or bad reputation, however as you are just creating the variant this wont be the case.), unless you install sketchy APKs from sketchy sources this shouldnt be an issue for you.
