Question Restore xui to xui

Cant get this to restore i got the back up file but how do i push file backup to server ?
and what way dose the parth need to go ?

Quick Generate Complete Backup
mysqldump -u root xui > xuiLT-backup.sql

Restore Selected Backup To XUI Database
mysql -u root xui < path/backup/file.sql

Server has never sent a callback to XUI. Please check the server for install issues.

Eg:
Use winscp upload bakup.sql to /home/xui/backup
mysql -u root xui < /home/xui/backup/backup.sql
This is restore database cm.
