Question I am using name cheap to host the panel files could that be the problem why I am not able to pull up the panel when I upload the panel files?

not sure. i no some hosts cause problems. maybe installed extensions php, permissions

I must be daft, but I cannot find v1.9.5 for regular users on this site. There's only the older v1.7 on here. Is there a link I'm not aware of?

Apache installed with PHP 7.4
I have tested other codes on the server and they're running fine
But when I upload the code you provided by MEGA and I enter the link /sparkletv
I get the error 'The requested URL was not found on this server.'
I'm 100% sure that all the files was uploaded and the cookies are clear.
Is there anything else I could fix to get this code running!

Sir it's been over a day, I totally deleted the server, there's a problem in the code you provided and that's for sure because I've cheked everything to get it working and it didn't, I'll never keep running a server for an uncompleate code.
Also here's a screenshot proves that the website was SSL secured.

Thanks for your help, I must be making a mistake.
I can access my panel, I change my password, I add my DNS IPTV address.
On the apk I put the address of my panel, but I am stuck on the rtx rebrand logo when launching the application.
