Is it possible to move the player from XUI ONE to some vps or change the address where it will be located ?

You could use a Cloudflare domain to hide the url but I dont think its webplayer is detachable as-is, would take some modification to move. Consider using Purple's new Webplayer?
I read that cloudflare blocks servers on which there are streams, and the panel is on the main server.
I use DDNS service with my servers but without cloudflare
Should I then give cloudflare on the main server and not give on loadbalancers ?
I would like to just have a player on its own address without going to someone else's site .
