Today I bring you FLIX IPTV 3.8 + Video intro and decrypted IPTVAPPS FLIX MANAGER PANEL!!!

ALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE IN THE Setup.txt file

DEFAULT PANEL LOGIN - admin admin

I can not take credit for the apk as I used the 3.8 with intro posted here so credit for that to OP.

I decrypted and fully rebranded the panel, wrote the detailed setup.txt and married the panel to apk for testing, cleared and zipped everything up.
