Question Help with VOD configuration on my panel.

Hi guys. I'm looking for someone to help me out troubleshoot and fix a issue I'm having with my setup. It's a issue on the VOD side using Xtream ui CK 41.

Folder watch is pulling in my content fine but everything fails to encode. Even though I know 100% the files are ok

try to mas edit and ceklist reprocess on edit

I left everything as default when i re-encode am i doing something wrong

I have rebooted , tried watch folder and manual add same issue

Have you installed all the requirements on the server where you've hosted the program?

i installed XUI on a main server strictly for the xui panel and add a LB server where i host the media. Everthiing installed through XUI unless im missing something else?

what other requirements are needed ?
